Route Sales Professionals Take Charge on the Road |
Every day thousands of sales representatives all over the country get
into their cars, vans or trucks and work their route. Depending on the
type of service, they could be visiting anywhere from 10 to 25 accounts
or more in a day. In some companies each stop could involve a delivery
and calculating the amount of product needed on the next trip. In
others it could mean repairing and maintaining equipment or consulting
with the customer on new products.
